Brian Gries

I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, and 15 years ago, I took a leap of faith and started Legacy Insurance. From the beginning, my goal has been simple: to build genuine relationships and be a trusted advisor to my clients—especially business owners who need someone in their corner.

I’m originally from Baltimore, Maryland, but I’ve called Colorado Springs home for many years now. My wife and I are raising three amazing kids here, and it’s the kind of community that inspires me to give back.

Sixteen years ago, I founded the Gries Family Charity to support single moms and their children right here in our local area. That mission is deeply personal to me, and over the years, we’ve had the honor of helping over 1,000 kids. Giving back is where my heart really lies—it’s what fuels everything I do, both personally and professionally.

At the end of the day, I believe in leading with a servant’s heart, whether that’s through community work or helping clients protect what matters most. I take a lot of pride in being someone people can count on—for advice, for advocacy, and for putting their best interests first.
